African Union Launches "Decade of Education" to Close Massive Skills Gap

15 Feb 2026

#future-ready education systems

At the 2026 AU Summit in Ethiopia, leaders inaugurated a ten-year strategic reform to build future-ready education systems. With Africa’s youth population projected to grow by 132 million this decade, the focus has shifted toward technology-enabled learning and competency-based training.

HPC Consultancy bridges the gap between these continental initiatives and individual career success. We assist educational institutions and professionals in aligning their strategies with the AU’s roadmap, ensuring that talent development meets the high-tech industrial needs of 2026.
